60/40 Split with 45 Day Term

You get 60 and we get 40. This is the best deal in town. These terms consigns with you at home earning you an extra 10% cut.

All we need is a few pictures and details. Here we help sell through the Ortega network. At-home consignment term is a minimum of 30 days.

50/50 Split with 45 Day Term (Warehouse)

If “At Home” option is not available we go with a 50/50 split and staging the items at our warehouse for in person consignment. We can coordinate pick up and delivery to our location in Costa Mesa.

*50/50% split with 30 day term at Warehouse.

Renegotiate at Day 45 (Home or Warehouse)

If we made it this far and did not make the sell. Here we can opt to change the terms and conditions. Or simply return the items to a disclosed location of your choosing. Alternative selling options will be made available.

Return or Donate at Day 45 (Warehouse)

At this point we were unable to sell your furniture. We can set up a return or coordinate delivery to a donation center of your choice.

Ortega Property at Day 55 (Warehouse)

If at day 55 we haven’t heard from you the item becomes Ortega’s Property.
